Collagen keeps your body together. It helps repair the intestinal and stomach lining, it helps with IBS and leaky gut, it helps regulate stomach acid secretion as well. Collagen is great for skin and joints. It mixes well with your tea for a warm treat.
So here it is:
1-2 tablespoons grass-fed beef collagen
1 cup of boiling water
a finger size ginger root
Cut ginger in small pieces and steep it for 10 min in hot water. Add collagen and mix well. Enjoy!
