Stinging but Powerful!

Urtica Dioica or stinging nettle. I learned the scientific name Urtica Dioica when I was in kindergarten. My mom has been teaching me the scientific names and benefits of so many herbs and natural remedies since I was little. I go to those remedies first in case of sickness or just to support my immune system.

It’s cold outside! Yes, 55F degrees is very cold for San Diego…we are spoiled, I know.
